WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY:

BROKEN AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS will be replaced with an identical item; if no identical item is available, a refund will be given.

ALL OTHER PRODUCT RETURNS are for store credit only, and must be in undamaged original packaging

LIVE ANIMALS – MAMMALS, BIRDS, AND REPTILES:
If an animal becomes noticeably ill or dies within 3 days, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. The deceased or ill animal must be brought in.

This offer is void if the animal is exposed to extreme stress or improper care (i.e. being left in a hot car, fed inappropriate food, or injury from another pet)

LIVE ANIMALS – FISH AND OTHER AQUATICS:
If any fish becomes noticeably ill or dies within 7 days of purchase, we are happy to offer a replacement or a refund WITH an acceptable water test.
The deceased or ill animal must be brought in. We need at least 2 ounces of water from your tank in a SEPERATE container to do the water test.

Acceptable water test parameters are: pH 6.8-7.2; ammonia > .25 ppm; nitrite > .25 ppm; nitrate > 10 ppm

If your water parameters are outside of these ranges, we cannot replace the fish, but we are happy to help you correct your water problem.
We always offer water testing, free of charge.
